QuestionsThe ones we get every week

Yes. Until Sunday night before the roast, you can swap either coffee, change the size or skip a delivery from the order portal. After Sunday night the batch is already on the schedule and we cannot pull it.

Single-origin lots are small, so it happens. We email you the week before with a replacement from the same producer, or the closest roast on the list, and you can approve it or pick another. Nothing ships without your yes.

We roast Tuesday and Friday and ship within 48 hours. Most Oregon and Washington addresses see the box on Thursday or Monday. The rest of the country takes two to four more days, and the roast date on the bag tells you how fresh it is.

Whole bean only. Ground coffee stales within days, and we would rather you have the better cup. If you do not own a grinder, write to us and we will point you at a hand grinder under $60 that does the job.

Not yet. We have tried Canada twice and the customs paperwork cost more than the postage. When that changes we will say so here.

From the order portal, any time, with no fee and no call required. If you would rather talk to a person, phone the roastery between 9 am and 4 pm on a weekday and ask for Priya.
